Skype for Business on Apple macOS 'Big Sur'
Citrix have made a fix available to resolve issues with MacOS based Apple Computers running 'Big Sur' and Skype for Business. The Big Sur upgrade caused an issue with Skype video, whereby when in a Skype video call you would only see a blue box rather than the video of the participants you were having a Skype video call with.
The fix can be downloaded now from the Citrix website:
- Go to the Citrix website: https://www.citrix.com/en-gb/downloads/citrix-receiver/additional-client-software/hdx-realtime-media-engine.html
- Navigate to 'Version 2.9' and then click 'download file' for 'HDX RealTime Media Engine 2.9.300 for Microsoft Skype for Business'
